Biography
Kate managers our Firm’s operations in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This location handles special concerns our Firm has throughout the Balkans and in parts of Europe. She also serves as a liaison for our joint venture and strategic partnership with DVC Solutions there.
Kate is an administrative and business operations specialist with extensive background supporting combined, joint military operations around the world. She has been attached as critical support to coalition operations in the Balkans in the late 1990s before eventually traveling to support NATO / ISAF military operations on Kandahar Airfield in Afghanistan. She was responsible for coordinating the build out of critical infrastructure on the airfield as it grew from less than ten thousand military personnel to over 50,000 military and civilian personnel in 2009.
Kate was hired to manage administrative and coordinate operational activities at the Kandahar Airfield counterintelligence and vetting cell for several years at the height of the war. Her tireless dedication to the mission and attention to detail kept the operations running smoothly and ensured the protection of tens of thousands of personnel on and around Kandahar Airfield. This included ensuring the success of: counterintelligence interviews; biometric enrollment and screening; background checks; interagency liaison and communication; flagging BOLO requests; and banning threats from access to base. Kate was also involved in planning and executing infrastructure development and improvement to expand and sustain the mission.
Kate has expertise in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and operations. She has thousands of hours dedicated to background check operations and her research skills are impeccable. These skills are critical in providing our fusion center analysts with thorough and immaculately researched background on businesses, organizations and people. Kate’s expertise extends from general OSINT to knowledge on proprietary and limited access databases and data sources.
